At Theravyx, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team using the "Contact Support" page with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or color, please return the original product and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used items and final sale items cannot be returned.
